Sicoya develops highly integrated silicon photonics solutions for next-generation optical interconnects. By combining advanced silicon photonic integrated circuits with high-speed electronics through innovative integration technologies such as die-stacking, Sicoya enables compact and scalable optical engines for data center and AI networking.

Our technology integrates complex optical and electronic functions into highly efficient chip-level solutions, reducing system complexity while improving performance, power efficiency, and cost. Sicoya works closely with leading semiconductor partners and system vendors to deliver silicon photonic products that support the rapidly growing bandwidth demands of modern digital infrastructure.

Company Development

Sicoya, founded in January 2015, is a spin-off from TU Berlin based on continuous R&D in Silicon Photonics since 2007. Our team consists of five founders and an experienced fast growing team.
